About MSVA Test for road legal

The VOSA MSVA test is for bike engined buggies only, and is required to make your buggy road legal. I will be issued with a brand new UK number plate to allow it to drive on the roads.

The Process

The MSVA (Motorcycle Single Vehicle Approval) test date has to be applied for and requires an initial form to be filled out and sent to VOSA with the test fee PAID. VOSA then process this form and confirms a TEST date. This can sometimes be weeks from the application date due to how busy they are.

On the test date the buggy is taken by Blitzworld to the Derby test centre and VOSA will then do their tests on the vehicle to check that the vehicle is safe and complies to their regulations.
