The Beast Zetec Off Road is a factory built buggy from Blitzworld designed for off road use, tearing down tracks or climbing steep inclines. The buggy has a full roll cage so if you manage to flip it just put it back on its wheels. The factory built version comes with a Brand NEW Ford 2 Litre Zetec engine, but you can also build have a self build option and put your own engine in.

The Beast buggy has being extensively tested on on and off road tracks and put through its paces. It was launched at the Hailwood Landrover Track in conjunction with the two Blitzworld custom built Speed of Sight buggies (Charity) which are twin drive automatic, click here to see the clip of the Blitzworld buggies in action at Hailwoood Landrover.

The buggy has being constantly developed and improved with the addition of a full engine bay cover and uprated engine loom with water proof connectors. The buggy was put through its paces at Kirton Off Road, on the Moto-X track which was very wet and flooded due to high rain fall. The buggy roared round wth track taking up 1 foot plus deep water at high speed creating waves that totally engulfed the buggy.

Due to the design and build of the buggy, and adaptability, it can be made road legal at a later stage if required, with the addition of the "Blitzworld Road kit", and registration.

The buggy is designed and built by Blitzworld in the UK, with alot of attention to detail including: 30mm thick rear arms, 42mm 4mm thick tube with full NASCAR type roll cage, Ten millimeter thick twin bushed plated engine mounts, FOX suspension, 12" standard Alloy wheels with ATV 6 or 8 ply tyres, or 19" alloy road wheels, multi PCD bolting centres, plug in engine tuning engine management system with software included for self programming & tuning, to name a few....

We feel that our buggy is one of the tuffest and best buggies on the market and we back it up with a 2 year parts & labour warranty, and is good for over 100,000 miles plus.

Features

2000cc Ford Zetec-E engine

The two litre BRAND NEW Ford Zetec engine offers 145 bhp with ME Motorsports Engine Management System. This system allows the owner to self diagnose and tune the engine from any laptop with the software included.

Engine Management

The Buggy is fitted with the latest ME Engine management system that can be plugged in or blue toothed to your computer and linked up with the internet and remote diagnosed to tune your buggy.

Engine Bay

Blitzworld Buggies are designed with our own exclusive multi engine engine bay which allows a total change of engine without scratching the paintwork. We now have a new engine bay cover system that protects the engine from the mud and dirt on the off road enviroment.

Clutch

The FORD Zetec-E engine comes with a 5 speed manual Gearbox (6 speed optional) and a Ford spec factory fitted clutch, and a performance race clutch is also available. The clutch / gearbox housing is also Blitzworld uprated to prevent mud penetrating the clutch unit.

Skid Pan

A full engine skid plan is also available for extreme off road to protect the underside of the engine and gearbox

FOX Suspension

The Buggy is fitted with world renound FOX Nitrogen damped adjustable rebound coilovers with 2.1/2" long travel springs. The front shocks are Blitzworld designed custom made adjustable Mc Pherson struts one inch diameter rod and Blitzworlds own top mount design.

Chassis

The Vigilante chassis is designed and made by Blitzworld in the UK. The chassis is constructed as the world famous NASCAR style roll cage, which is very strong and proven in design. The Chassis is CAD designed, Jig built and manufactured to ISO standards using British Steel to BS Standards.

Road Registered

The BEAST is an off road buggy with an optional road legal package to make it road legal on a brand NEW number plate.

Wheels & Tyres

The Vigilante has a multi PCD hub (98, 110, 114 PCD) allowing different wheels to be fitted. The buggy is fitted with 12" Bronco alloy wheels with a standard ATV Block tread tyre which is road legal. Optional standard alloy car wheels from 13" to 19" dimameter can also be fitted.
